Checks the completeness and accuracy of documents such as Purchase Order, Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipts and Receiving
Reports of accounts due for payment.
Prepares check voucher payment and submit the documents to authorized signatories for review and approval.
Reviews the Accounts Payable Aging Schedule and submit analysis.
Assists external auditors during yearly financial audits.
Summarizes the tax withheld from supplier on a monthly and quarterly basis
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
With at least two(2) years relevant experience
