· Documents financial transactions by entering Account information
· Recommends financial action by analyzing accounting options
· Preparing balance sheet, profit & loss statement and other reports needed of All Jollibee Franchise Stores
· All BIR related transactions and reports such as BIR 0619E, 0619F, 0601C, 2550M, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1604E, 1604CF, 2316, etc.
· In-charge of processing of Business Permit, Sanitary Permit, BFP, SEC etc.
· Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
· Ensure compliance of the company to all government agencies requirements
· Consolidate reports from accounts receivable and payable, and submitted to Group Accounting Manager
· Reviewing reports of Accounts Receivable and Payables & Cost Controller
· Uploading payroll
· Other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary for the position as approved by Group Accounting Manager and Management
