Description
Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with a marketing and distribution company for diagnostics & medical devices, based in Quezon City, in their search for a GENERAL ACCOUNTANT. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements.
- Monitor and and implement all accounts payable check activation
- Provide support for auditing purposes as per assigned work
- Collate bank statement on monthly basis
- Manage and maintain finance related programs and documents
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and preferably a CPA.
- With at least 3 years of experience in accounting and auditing
- Knowledgeable in the use Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with accounting software such as SAP system
- Detail-oriented with good problem analysis and problem resolution
- Applicants must be willing to work in New Manila, Quezon City
