PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep accurate record of all daily transactions
Oversee release of invoices and funds
Reconcile bank statements, monitor bank deposit, payments and account balances
Assist in budget preparation and coordinate with payroll in recording the accounts
Ensure compliance on established internal controls
Perform regular audits
Specific Skills Set:
Strong knwledge in Timekeeping and Payroll system is a must
Experience in audit & accounting are required
Candidate must be adept in Philippine Payroll compliance, and GAAP
Strong Knowledge in BIR, Philhealth, SSS, Pag-IBIG compliance and reportorial requirements
Expert in Microsoft Applications such Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent communication skills
High analytical skills
Qualifications:
Must possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong ethics and integrity to manage confidential information.
Extensive experience in Finance, accounting and audit
Must have good written and oral communication skills.
Good attention to detail, thoroughness, and objectivity.
