Job Description
Responsible for proper recording and maintain the general ledger of the company according to GAAP
- Investigate the financial discrepancies, reconcile accounts, correct errors necessary to prepare the financial statements
- Ensure tax compliance and other government reportorial activities are submitted timely
- Prepare company regular financial reports, annual budget and other reports necessary
- Work with the team and external auditors for the annual financial audit
- Review, record and analyze cash advance liquidations
- Responsible for maintaining the company's accounting system
- Work with the Finance Team and Finance manager in the improvement of internal control processes
- Develop and improve financial reports as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. Accountancy Graduate, preferably CPA
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Must have strong knowledge in tax, local government compliance
- Can work as a team leader and team player
- Knowledgeable in an accounting software
