Job Description: * Help provide leverage to our fund administrators by effectively supporting administration services provided to management companies of our fund clients. Some of the support that we provide includes: * Cash reconciliation * Job Description: Help provide leverage to our fund administrators by effectively supporting administration services provided to management companies of our fund clients. Some of the support that we provide includes: Cash reconciliation Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and prepaid Book and manage credit card payments through Brex Accounts payable processing through Bill.com or Expensify Prepare year-end financial statements Journal entry processing Payroll processing Preparation of budget vs actuals reports in Xero Requirements Degree in Accounting or Finance 3 and above years of experience Good English skills both verbal and written You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and accurately judge when to make decisions versus escalating them You're interested in providing best-in-class-service You communicate information in a timely, appropriate manner to all relevant stakeholders and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines You have advanced Microsoft Office skills with Xero, Investran, or QuickBooks experience (Other Accounting System experience is accepted) You're interested in a fast-paced environment .WFH equipment to be delivered once hired. .Hybrid Set up
