Dash10 Managed Services, a representative office of Zeald, a New Zealand based company, is looking for a competent, enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated individual to join our team as a GEM Admin Specialist.
Zeald is one of the largest full-service website design, online marketing and e-business consulting companies in New Zealand, and has been voted 'Best Web Developer' in the country. Zeald helps NZ & Australian businesses who are frustrated by the lack of leads and sales they get from their websites & and other online marketing activities.
As a GEM Admin Specialist, you will be directly reporting to the Head of Support and Admin and your responsibilities would include but not limited to:
* Provide administrative support for the GEM (Get E-commerce Movement) initiative such as processing of applications, queries and leads
* Communicate with clients when required for the GEM initiative
* To provide coordination assistance to the GEM Delivery team
* Provide reporting for the GEM initiative
* Assist in the set up of GEM Website subscriptions
* Flagging any overdue projects immediately for resolution
* Timely completion of administrative tasks for the GEM initiative and other ad-hoc administrative duties

* Excellent English communication skills (both written and phone-based) so that you can communicate effectively with your other team members based in both the Philippines and New Zealand and also with our clients
* A high level of accuracy with your work.
* Experience in a VA or customer service role would be a plus
* Working knowledge of websites and online marketing would be a plus also.
* Communicative, accountable and supportive of the success of the GEM Initiative
**Stable internet connection and a working laptop/desktop at home is a MUST
** In light with the Global Health Crisis we are facing, Dash10 will comply with the directive of the National Government in its effort to contain the Covid19 virus. Thus, Dash10 opted to operate in a WORK FROM HOME environment until further notice.
This is a full-time role and the usual working hours are 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary, free health care and great perks such as paid two weeks off during the Christmas and New Year period.
