We are looking for Customer Service Representatives with GDS Experience handling incoming call customers' inquiries about travel booking packages, reservations,etc.
Qualification:
- At least HS Graduates old curriculum
- Must have at least 1-3 years BPO experience (inclusive GDS Amadeus or Sabre Experience
- 1-3 years experience can be combination of BPO and Non-BPO experience
- Non BPO Experience should have a client facing experience and used GDS tools eg: Ticketing Agent/Officer
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Amenable to work Pasig - Silver City
