Coordinate with team leaders to review audit findings. Communicate audit results to management on regular basis. Discuss with TLs about audit observations, recommendations and actions recommended Prepare clear and complete audit work for dashboard reporting Examine and resolve audit issues in a timely and urgent manner Assist in risk assessment Set priorities/goals for the members of the team to ensure tasks completion and performance goals are met. Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to change quickly Must be knowledgeable in auditing performance processes Must be able to work with / influence wherever required people at all levels in the organization Must be good with analysing and reporting abilities Will be on dual hat role: QA and EA Providing suggestions to the EA to help them increase their proactivity and provide best practice of tasks and use of systems Selection Criteria: The ability to work as an effective team member The ability to participate and work effectively as part of a team Knowledgeable of Oceania EA processes and tools Ability to interact and communicate effectively with the team, senior management and stakeholders The ability to show initiative and pro-activeness
