Qualification:
• atleast highschool graduate
• with pleasing personality
• with or without experience
• must be knowledgeable in using MS Excel
• willing to work in 6 days working schedule and shifting (Morning, Mid, and graveyard shift)
• willing to be trained for 5 days without pay
• willing to be assigned any location near him/her (Laoag)
Salary and Benefits: Minimum, OT is paid, Tip centralized, Leaves and insurances upon regularization, direct hiring
Duties and Responsibilities:
As Cashier:
• Accountable for everything found inside the Cashier's booth, particularly for the CASH which pertains to the sales, petty cash, cash float, revolving fund, etc.,
• S/he must ensure that all the things found inside this area are organized and in proper order.
• Prepare the Point of Sale (POS) in the Cashier's terminal and correctly process the corresponding transactions (load, reload, redemption) of the players.
• Ensure the authenticity of all the bills and physical checks that are being handed by the Gaming
• Regularly monitor and check the cash box to ensure that the cash kept in the site tallies with amount indicated in the Daily Sales Report (DSR); update DSR when necessary.
• Accomplish the reports that are assigned to him/her and conduct proper turnover of cash and endorsement of reports during his/her shift to the succeeding shift's Cashier.
• Monitor closely the level of gross hold and the revolving fund to assure that it is enough to cover redemption of the players. This also includes anticipating big wins or big redemptions of players. In this light, it is the responsibility of the Cashier to call and inform Customer Service and request for Emergency Replenishment whenever their fund is insufficient.
• Prepare the cash for deposit of daily gross hold in the bank (Morning Cashier) and/or for collection by PhilWeb motorized messengers.
• Call Customer Service in case of the following circumstances: Request for a collection of gross hold-Pick up for deposit, Emergency replenishment, other cash-related events/problems and request for technical assistance in case of technical problems, but must possess technical knowledge in basic troubleshooting.
As Gaming Assistant:
• Responsible in rendering all the necessary assistance to the players and providing them their respective gaming needs and requests. S/he is accountable for everything that is found in the site premises excluding the cashier's booth.
• Greet players upon his/her arrival and departure, and provide new players with the necessary introduction to the games and the gaming experience offered in all sites.
• Prepare the gaming terminal of the player and check the functionality of all equipment found inside the premises.
• Offer food and drinks (if available) to players.
• Assist players in reloading their accounts and ensure that the amount tendered is correct before handing it to the cashier.
• Accommodate and answer all the inquiries of the players, ensuring that all players are well- served and well-taken cared of.
• Document all relevant events during his/her shift (i.e. incidences, visits from PAGCOR or PhilWeb, etc.).
• Responsible for the housekeeping of the site either by reminding the utility staff of proper housekeeping or by assuming the role if no utility staff is available.
• Monitor the level of all stocks and supplies present in the site and replenish, when necessary.
• Perform other specific duties required.
