Job Description: * Identify key trends in user and gamer behaviour to help fine-tune the overall gamification strategy, including acquisition, retention, and churn management * Initiates analysis projects and prepares reports and automated dash Job Description: Identify key trends in user and gamer behaviour to help fine-tune the overall gamification strategy, including acquisition, retention, and churn management Initiates analysis projects and prepares reports and automated dashboards on business performance, including but not limited to postmortem analyses on initiatives and day-to-day performance tracking Forecast, propose, and manage the budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast of each pillar to ensure cost-efficiency and growth Study spending and playing patterns in each of the different Shopee games to help control cost and maximize potential revenue Provide actionable recommendations based on data-driven insights with the clear objective of improving business performance Collaborate and coordinate with Regional & Local Business Intelligence, and other marketing teams Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing / Market Research / Business Intelligence, with heavy focus on quantitative data analysis Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, macros a plus Working knowledge of SQL and Python Excellent communication skills and able to work with multiple stakeholders Detail-oriented and has strong time management skills Flexible to work long hours on occasion Bonus if you enjoy gaming, whether on PC, console, or mobile
