FanYou is searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Content Writer to craft engaging, insightful, and industry-relevant content for our gaming platform. You'll stay on top of the latest news, updates, and trends in the gaming world while contributing fresh ideas that drive traffic to our site. You'll also keep the team informed of significant gaming developments and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality, timely, and consistent gaming content aligned with SEO standards and writing guidelines.
• Conduct keyword research and develop new, engaging topic ideas.
• Depending on the games that the applicant plays regularly: Use their personal gaming experience to write comprehensive guides, patch notes, and game-specific content, covering new features like dungeons or patches.
Qualifications:
• Deep familiarity with RPGs, Esports, or a broad range of genres.
• Must be an active gamer, regardless of genre.
• Excellent English writing skills, including:
- Minimal to no grammatical errors.
- Rich vocabulary and fluid writing style.
- Ability to adjust the tone for different audiences.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO principles is a big plus
