Job Description:
Greet and assist customers in selecting furniture that suits their needs, preferences, and budget.
Provide product knowledge, including materials, design, pricing, and promotions.
Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Assist in arranging furniture displays to enhance sales opportunities.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide insights to management.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in furniture sales, retail, or interior design.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of furniture materials, styles, and trends is a plus.
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
