Funding Management Senior Analyst The Senior Analyst will report directly to the Funding Management Manager and will be responsible for completing DevCo presentation activities, lease booking, tax equity tranching, debt draw presentation, fees management, document management and mailbox management. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control Performs technical analysis to determine present and future fund performance Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes data to create reports and monitoring log that can be easily understand across departments. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, revenue recognition Prepare cash distribution models for joint ventures Update Debt draw models and supply supporting schedules Creates and develops reports/template for various fund related calculation Creates or update existing documentation on Policy and Processes Perform cash Reconciliation Review reports and computation to ensure compliance to legal documents. Other duties as required to support team objectivesRELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum requirements At least 3 years of relevant work experience A degree in Accounting, Financial Management or related courses Strong problem-solving capability Ability to process data and formulate plan of action to support data analysis, highly organized and attentive to details Delivers quality work on time, proactively addressing and resolving emerging challenges. Proactively seeks to understand technical content and new or unfamiliar topics Works independently, seeking advice from management and more senior team members when complex situations are encountered. Excellent oral and written communications skills; able to effectively communicate with people from all levels and multi-cultures Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional business organizations, service-oriented and can effectively manage client requestsOTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION Candidate must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines Candidate must be willing to render overtime as business requires (weekends, US/PH holidays) Candidate must be flexible to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
