The Funds/Rates Administrator is responsible for updating the administrative systems with Retail and Institutional pricing files, various rates, index values and stock prices accurately in a time sensitive environment. The incumbent is the key contact for stakeholders when issues related to pricing arise. What motivates you? Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Strong data gathering, interviewing, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changes within the business. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Excellent organization, planning and time management skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail Flexible with any shift (schedule will be: Tuesday to Saturday 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM Manila Time) On the job you will: Retrieve several bond yields, FX prices, index values and stock prices using the Bloomberg Terminal. Validate accuracy of all investment products that are over the given threshold using an internal software called IRC. Validate and upload Equity linked & Universal Life managed values to mainframe systems for CATS, CLAS, and Capsil 4.2. Run and upload Universal Life managed rates of Standard Life to mainframe system Ingenium. Prepare Monthly Prospecta for Ingenium UL Rates. Prepare Weekly and Monthly Marketing materials relating to Rates calculated. Enter stock trading activities into MPS. Upload segregated funds unit values into MPS. Run Acadia Database for monthly valued fund and provide statements and support Admin where needed. Act as a liaison between custodian and IS for any delays or issues. Handle audit requests as needed.
