Job Description Do you have work experience in customer service in a BPO setup?
Do you know how to handle basic to mid-level end-user technical support cases?

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be focusing on but not limited to:
? Handling customer technical support cases through the portal, phone, and email submission
? Updating the support portal with knowledge articles, tech tips, and brief documents
? Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
Job Qualifications To perform these duties, you will need to have:
✔️ At least two (2) years of experience in Technical Customer Service and Support
✔️ At least two (2) years of Cloud Experience using Azure or AWS
✔️ Proficiency in using online and remote-connecting software
✔️ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
✔️ Availability to work between 8 am to 8 pm Philippine time
✔️ Willingness to be on call and work during the weekends and holidays
It's not required, but it would be great if you already have experience in using helpdesk apps such as but not limited to Zendesk, Azure DevOps, or JIRA. It's also nice if you have the technical knowledge of email systems and Active Directory. It's a bonus if you have a working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems.
