HIRING: FULL-TIME STAY-IN YAYA / CAREGIVER
 
BABY: 1-year-old boy
LOCATION: Cebu City
 
I need a FULL-TIME, STAY-IN yaya/caregiver (not part-time) to take care of my 1-year-old baby boy.
 
WORK SETUP
• Full-time, STAY-IN (live-in)
• Work: morning until evening
• Sleep in the SAME ROOM as the baby
• Wake up and take care of baby if he cries at night
• Own bed/space in baby's room
• Meals provided
• 2 days off per month (schedule to be agreed)
 
SALARY & BONUS
• 15,000 PHP per month
• BONUS: +1,000 PHP for every day off that is NOT used
  (Example: 2 days off not used in 1 month = +2,000 PHP bonus)
 
MAIN DUTIES
• Watch the baby all the time while on duty
• Feed milk and food (follow baby's schedule)
• Change diapers and keep baby clean
• Play with the baby and talk to him
• Carry and comfort him when he cries
• Put baby to sleep for naps and at night
• Keep baby SAFE all the time
• Keep baby's things and area clean
  (bottles, toys, clothes, crib, eating area)
 
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience taking care of babies or toddlers
• Patient, very gentle and kind
• Soft / kind voice, NOT loud
• Neat and pleasant looking / well presented (malinis manamit, maayos tingnan)
• Clean and responsible
• Non-smoker while on duty
• Willing to follow parents' rules and baby's routine
• MUST HAVE:
  - NBI Clearance
  - Barangay Clearance
  - Recent chest X-ray (for health check)
  - Drug test result or willing to undergo drug test
• Plus point: with NC II (Caregiving or related)
• Plus point: can give 1 character/employment reference
