We're looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst from the Philippines to join our performance marketing team.
You'll work closely with our campaign managers to generate reports, analyze trends, and turn numbers into clear, actionable insights using Excel and Google Sheets.
If you're analytical, organized, and understand online advertising (especially Facebook Ads), this role is for you.
? What You'll Do:
Collect and organize campaign data from Facebook Ads and other sources (via APIs or tools we provide)
Build and update reports in Excel and Google Sheets
Use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, filters, charts, and formulas to identify performance patterns
Highlight key findings and suggest action items based on data
Generate charts and visual aids (no dashboards needed)
Transfer or receive files via FTP software when required
✅ Requirements:
Must be based in the Philippines
Strong background in online advertising, especially Facebook Ads
Expert-level in Microsoft Excel (Pivots, VLOOKUPs, charts, filters, formula logic)
Proficient in Google Sheets
Experience with FTP software (FileZilla or similar)
Good English communication (written and verbal)
Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 PH Time
Willing to work exclusively with us - no other freelance or part-time jobs allowed
Experience with SQL or Google Data Studio is a plus (not mandatory)
