Our client an AU company brand that sells high quality leather bags and accessories .
Job Role
The role provides administrative and bookkeeping support to the team
Collect, register and distribute mail
Handle calendar management
Set up meetings
Accounts receivable and payable
Reconciliations and managing expense receipts
Preparing financial reports
Create Invoice
Balance sheet reconciliations
Liaise with external financial advisers, accountants and suppliers
Process development
Answering incoming queries (phone/email) where required
Assist with development, implementation and maintenance of office procedures and policies
Provide ad hoc support as needed
Requirements
Accessories, Retail, and Fashion marketing experience is preferred
Has strong background in Net Suite and Net Suite development
Has E-commerce experience
Knowledgeable in creating reports, tweaks the systems and makes it work
Process development
Has experience in Australian Accounting
Utmost respect for confidentiality
Integrity and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as in a small team
Positive and personable
Self-starter with a can-do attitude
Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm AEST
Can start as soon as possible
Work From Home Requirements
At least 10mbps internet connection
Back up internet connection, postpaid or prepaid
Laptop or Desktop with updated operating systems (at least core i5 or higher)
