Inviting Bartenders inclined to Craft and Classic Cocktail Preparations.
 
Core Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation:
Mix and serve a variety of drinks, from classic cocktails to non-alcoholic options, according to recipes and customer preferences. 
Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly, engage in conversation, offer recommendations, take orders, and ensure a positive and relaxing experience for everyone. 
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain sufficient levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, and place orders for supplies as needed. 
Bar Maintenance:
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools, glassware, and ingredients. 
Cash Handling:
Process payments accurately using POS systems and manage customer tabs. 
Legal Compliance:
Check customer identification to verify they are of legal drinking age and monitor their consumption to prevent intoxication. 
Collaboration:
Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food and beverage service. 
Key Skills & Qualities
Drink-Making Skills: Technical knowledge of mixing drinks and a good memory for recipes and customer orders. 
Customer Service: Ability to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide friendly, attentive service. 
Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, busy environment. 
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in drink preparation, inventory, and payment processing.
