Spice Factory is the "Spice of Innovation". We are an IT company with offices in Japan and the Philippines. We provide services such as web and system development, web design, and IT consultancy.
 
WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Full Remote - full-time work from home. candidates are required to have their own equipment & stable internet connection.
Cebu-based - candidates are required to report to the office twice a week, every Wednesday & Thursday
Shift - flexible time in from 8 - 10 AM. All candidates are required to work 8 hours per day from Monday - Friday.

As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer:
 
You should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual
design and utility.
 
If you're also familiar with Agile methodologies, we'd like to meet you.
 
You have:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or with relevant experience.
At least 7 (seven) years of web system or website development experience is a must.
Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.
Proficiency in Laravel and PHP is a must.
Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and My SQL.
Experience with CSS preprocessors, especially SASS or SCSS
Experience with cross-browser or device testing
Experience with version control by Git and GitHub
Strong proficiency with responsive web design
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of programming language and technical terminology.
Ability to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
A high degree of independent judgment.
Ability to solve complex problems.
You might also have:
At least 1 year of experience in WordPress development is a plus
Knowledge or experience with Node.js
Experience in a leadership role
