JOB DESCRIPTION
The Application Developer/Analyst – Full Stack role would be responsible for the creation, improvement, testing, and debugging of the software developed by the company.
JOB QUALIFICATION
SCHEDULE: 2 AM – 11 AM Eastern Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
·       Create, enhance, test, and debug the company’s software products
·       Ensure bug-free operation of the software products by triaging reported issues, documenting the issues, and escalating, if necessary, to the development team
·       Verify, validate, and test code changes made by the development team, ensuring bug-free software product releases
·       Develop, debug, document, maintain, and enhance internally developed software products
·       Foster a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and why they are used
·       Maintain code and design libraries for reuse to improve the development cycle
QUALIFICATIONS
·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
·       Experience Angular, Node.js, and/or JavaScript in UNIX or Linux. Ionic, Perl, and Python are a plus
·       Full Stack Experience is a plus
·       Possesses an eye for aesthetics with an understanding of the value of functionality
·       Able to define and conform to standards (name conventions, file locations, etc.)
·       Able to create clean, concise, functional code and can provide examples of own work
·       Able to work within timeframes and consistently produce great quality work
·       Willing to continually learn and improve skills
·       Excellent written and oral communication and is an active listener
·       Strong desire to solve problems and help others
·       Has natural curiosity and someone who asks lots of questions
·       Has enthusiasm, positivity, and leadership skills
·       Experience in a multi-client environment
·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
