Description
The position is responsible in providing support in designing, developing, modifying and implementing responsive and interactive web applications and custom user interfaces. The Senior Web Developer is also expected to work with both Front End (FE) and Back End (BE) technologies and should know how to work in between them.
This is a great stepping opportunity for dynamic, highly flexible, process and solution-oriented individual who has great passion in developing various web-based platforms encompassing E-Commerce, Sales and CRM and others. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, Develop, Modify and Implement web applications and custom user interfaces based on the requirements of the client
- Liaise or coordinate with Project Managers in discussing business requirements to identify, communicate and propose solutions effectively
- Work closely with design team in developing front ends using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JSS and Magento
- Work closely with the whole project development team in developing back end web services using MySQL, NoSQL, Java and PHP
- Advance knowledge in manipulating or managing servers
- Work with integrations through web APIs and other third party web applications
- Work closely in mobile website development
- Take the lead role in managing web hosting and domains
- Take the lead role in post implementation phase such as testing and troubleshooting
- Work and coordinately closely with development team
- Other ad hoc and related duties which may be needed from time to time
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledgeable and Experience using the following development tools:
* WordPress
* PHP
* HTML / HTML5
* CSS / CSS3
* JS
* Magento
* MySQL
* NoSQL
* Java
- Native mobile app development experience for Android and iOS
- Knowledgeable in Project Full Cycle Development
- Experience working with and managing a team
- Internet and techno-savvy
ADVANTAGES
- Experience in Graphics or multimedia design
- Worked with AWS and other cloud-based tools
- Experience working directly in a BPO company
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A Degree in B.S. Information Technology or Computer Science or other equivalent course
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
