WORK ARRANGEMENT:
Full Remote - full-time work from home. Candidates are required to have their own equipment & stable internet connection.
Cebu-based - candidates are required to report to the office twice a week, every Wednesday & Thursday
Shift - flexible time in from 8 - 10 AM. All candidates are required to work 8 hours per day from Monday - Friday.

Expert in Laravel and PHP
With at least 9 years of experience in web development is a must
Expert in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
Expert in MySQL
Expert with responsive web design
Experience with CSS preprocessors, especially SASS or SCSS
Experience with cross-browser or device testing
Experience with version control by Git and GitHub
Review the codes of the team to make sure that standards are met and provide appropriate feedback
Develop high-quality code ensuring that it follows company and industry standards
Mentor junior web developers on technical issues and modern web development best practices and solutions
Review the codes of the team to make sure that standards are met and provide appropriate feedback
Help the Engineering manager create a training plan
Contribute to task identification and work effort estimates for development and maintenance activities
Participate in the analysis, definition, and scoping of new projects
Dedicated team player.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid ability in both written and verbal communication.
A high degree of independent judgment.
Able to solve complex problems.
Has interests in social contribution projects.
