Is currently looking for:
FULL-TIME FULL STACK DEVELOPER (ON-SITE)
Will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end user interfaces and the robust back-end systems that power our products. This is an in-person, full-time position requiring daily attendance at our office.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement performant, scalable front-end components using React and TypeScript.
Develop and manage server-side applications, APIs, and business logic.
Design, optimize, and manage our relational and NoSQL databases.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new features and improvements.
Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code, and participate in code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
Technical Requirements (Mandatory)
Front-End Expertise
React: Proven experience with React and modern build tools, specifically Vite.
TypeScript: Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building type-safe and scalable applications.
Web Fundamentals: Expert knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 (including preprocessors or modern CSS-in-JS solutions).
Back-End Proficiency
Server Runtime: Expertise in either Node.js or Next.js.
API Management: Experience consuming and creating RESTful or GraphQL APIs, primarily using Axios.
Python: Proficient in using Python for scripting, data processing, or back-end services.
Database & Data Management
Relational Databases: Strong practical experience with MariaDB and/or PostgreSQL.
NoSQL Databases: Hands-on experience with at least one key-value store or document database (e.g., Redis, MongoDB).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or a similar role.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
