Job Responsibilities:
Manages a team of design and marketing specialists, leads by example, inspires, motivates and manages staff, strictly adhering to the companies' guidelines and expectations
Creates, revises, aligns and implements workflow and processes as needed
Ensures that each team conducts work per standard, timelines and KPI targets
Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation to continuously improve the operational standards of excellence.
Manages schedules, work assignments, status reports and the scope of work, milestones, risk, change control, allocated resources and other things needed to deliver the project per the customer's requirements.
Ensures that the respective team members are following the proper procedures at all times
Immediately deals and resolves all important and urgent task
Communicates and coordinates effectively with other team members and internal departments
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year of managerial experience
Must have strong leadership and mentorship skills
Must have excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
Must be able to make decisions quickly and confidently based on company policies and practices
Must have excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
Must have superb analytical skills with efficient ability to evaluate data and implement applicable action items and initiatives
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have hands-on experience in creating websites using different web technologies, strong knowledge of various CMS, primarily on WordPress
Must be willing to be in permanent night shift
Bachelors' Degree preferred
