KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a client's project throughout the fulfillment process and ensure quality control.
Produce materials and collaborate with colleagues and outside agencies for seamless publishing and marketing services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be fluent in the English language - both written and oral.
Must be familiar with basic MS Word and Google (Docs, Sheets, Drive) programs.
Must be an effective communicator, adaptable, and attentive to details.
Must be able to comprehend the client's instructions and follow through with their demands and requests.
Must be pleasant to work with.
Customer support experience is an advantage.
Organizational skills and level-headedness are leverage.
