Job Specification
A college graduate of any 4-year college course related to business management/administration
proficiency in microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)
Must possess strong interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
Must be able to read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner and Skillfully gather and analyze information
Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work quality
Must be adept at problem solving including being able to identify issues and resolve it in a timely manner
Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to Improve performance through management feedback 
Physically and mentally fit
With good moral character
Can work with less supervision
Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
Duties & responsibilities
Attend daily toolbox meeting;
Segregates fuel issuance slip (fis) per location and encode to qne system;
Encodes equipment rental receipts;
Prepares report and analysis of daily fuel consumption per unit and sends to ceo/president, cc: auditor, finance manager, presidents secretary and equipment in charge;
Files fuel consumption slip & backhoe loading receipts to its designated folders;
Checks and balance the main depot tanker, refueling tanker – site, tanker for delivery, and crusher tanker and submits fuel tank summary report;
Sends backhoe fuel consumption report to ceo/president every end of the week of every 2nd week and last week of every month;
Sends fuel consumption summary report (graphical chart) of fuel consumption to ceo/president
Conducts fuel inventory to all locations with fuel tender and audit department;
