Job Description
Monitor daily performance of front office team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently and timely.
Maintain a consistently high standard of counter food & presentation for all services, to organise and motivate the Front of House team to ensure a quality of customer service at all times
Supervise the day-to-day operations of front desks and reception areas for business
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
Candidates must have work experience in 5 star Hotel
