Job Description
Oversee the day-to-day front office operations
Knowledgeable on all guest related service needs
Resolve guest complaints/ requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate response
Ensure good cooperation and regular exchange of information with all departments
Work Experience
Must have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as Front Office Supervisor or its equivalent position in a reputable hotel
Customer Service Oriented and has passion for the hospitality industry
