FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Qualifications:
Must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent;
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
Has excellent negotiation, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills;
People-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Keen on detail and can do multitask.
Articulate in presenting information and addressing business concerns; and
Has experience with hotel property management systems.
