FRONT OFFICE CLERK
 
Job Description
 
Responsible for accommodating guests by assigning rooms, sending out room keys, maintaining the records of the rooms occupied and guests' accounts. Makes and verifies reservations, convey and receive messages, and introduce statements to and collecting payments from departing customers, as well as provide administrative assistance to business center guests.
Qualifications
Excellent listening skills, above average communication skills, and above average interpersonal and customer service skills.
Has an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related course
Knowledge of basic computer operations.
Familiar with office telephone systems.
Basic mathematical skills.
Related work experience is not needed but is an advantage.
