A FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE is the first point of contact between a company and clients or guests. The duties include front office management - manage communications, appointments, handle inquiries, and perform administrative tasks like record-keeping, and billing.
 
Core duties and responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet and welcome visitors, check them in, and direct or escort them to the appropriate person or office. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.
Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments and manage calendars for the department.
Administrative tasks: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintain office supplies, and perform other clerical duties like data entry, filing, and making copies.
Office maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications:
Education: A graduate of any business related courses.
Experience: At least one year of relevant experience.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
Customer service: The ability to provide excellent customer service is a key requirement.
Technical proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and google workspace.
