As a Front of the House Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for our customers. Your friendly demeanor and commitment to exceptional service will help us achieve our mission of being the preferred destination for dessert lovers in Cebu.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take customer orders and provide recommendations on ice cream flavors and menu items.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and assist with other tasks as needed.
Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision.
Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks, following our recipes and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for customer service and a passion for creating delightful experiences.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a customer-facing role or food service is a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
