About the role:
As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will be responsible for development of our customer-facing web apps. This role, based in Cebu, Philippines, reports to the Team Lead.

We are looking for talented Front-end engineers to take part in the challenging work of building new SaaS-portals for the global market. You will work with a tight-knit team of engineers, designers and product managers and bring a passion for user experience as well as meticulous attention to detail in order to build intuitive and elegant user experiences. We are looking for someone who is motivated to excel in advanced client-side technologies, who can bring significant value to the architectural decisions to ensure the development of modern-looking and high-quality webapps.
Your responsibilities:
Develop delightful user-facing features
Build modular layouts, reusable code and libraries for future use
Work with our team of Full Stack engineers to negotiate APIs and collaborate on product requirements
Design scalable client-side architecture that works with a multi-tenant APIs
Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to build modern interfaces
Help set technical standards and best practices for the front-end team
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Desired skills and experience:
At least 5+ years of experience developing front end web applications
Experienced with top front-end JavaScript frameworks (
or ) * Experience or knowledge of micro frontend architecture is an advantage
Deep knowledge and a passion for coding standards, especially HTML5, CSS3, ES6+ JavaScript and TypeScript
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance optimization, accessibility, and usability.
Extensive experience in responsive web design and development.
Ability to design and implement highly scalable applications with a passion for the user experience.
A self-driven and conscientious mentality and a commitment to innovate with high- quality work.
