JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE SUMMARY
You will help our creative team elevate our design and development quality - easily flowing between leveraging new trends in design and technology to troubleshoot and resolve technical minute issues. All while stepping in to help others on the team with challenges ranging from web development, UX/UI interface design, email programming, video production, and everything in between.
JOB QUALIFICATION
 
SCHEDULE: 3 AM – 12 PM or 2 PM – 11 PM Eastern Standard Time, follows Philippine Holidays
POSITION TYPE: Full Time
WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
·       Manage interactive website design and development, which includes site design, theme creation, buildout, and fit and finish
·       Keep clients at the forefront of the staffing industry with designs that wow our clients, are completed on time and on budget, and fit each client’s business and marketing goals
·       Able to step up to help others on the team with challenges, whether it be with web development, email programming, video production, design challenges, or other creative work – while modeling and living the core values
QUALIFICATIONS
·       A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
·       A proven master of interactive website design and development in WordPress – experience with Elementor is a plus
·       Advanced skills in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP
·       Strong conceptual thinking – able to develop creative concepts to fit business goals – and exceed client expectations
·       Have extraordinary organizational skills – being able to manage multiple client projects, organized work files, and manage time to keep organized and focused on priorities
·       Completing production on time and within project budgets
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills
·       Experience in a multi-client environment
·       Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
