Duties and Responsibilities:
• To be part of the digital day-to-day activities of the company
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and clients in relation to the development and implementation of digital projects
• Develop and build front web solutions and coordinate with Backend Developers
• Manage quality control over development
Business Analysis
• Assist in meetings with clients from time to time
• Assist in preparing requirements
• Help designers create wireframes
• Help create specification documents
Task Management
• Add tasks to Workflow platform and assign appropriate resources
• Clarify tasks if the developers do not understand something
• QA Testing
• Answer questions that Account Managers have on Slack
• Guide and collaborate with internal staff
Project Management
• Liaise with designer on UX and UI requirements
• Manage projects to allocated time
• Keep neat and tidy files with correct naming conventions
• Communicate and solve problems in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in Application and Web development focused in Frontend
• Experience with the following languages/skills:
- HTML 5 / CSS / Sass
- JavaScript/JQuery
- ReactJS
- VueJS
- Version control Bitbucket
- Bootstrap or similar responsive design
- Testing/Debugging
- Browser dev tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, innovative and creative
• Consultative and able to adapt to change
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong drive to achieve results on time in the face of conflicting time pressures
• Ability to effectively manage and allocate priorities to ensure achievement of key deliverables without time slippages or additional cost and downstream impacts.
• Driven to learn new ways to tackle technical challenges / self-taught
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge in Marketing platforms like HubSpot/Mailchimp would be an advantage
• Ideally flexible and willing to assist on other campaigns
• Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
