Job Description
To provide administrative support to your real estate business and activities. Performs various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, completing any mundane tasks that are small or minimal and making sure to take the admin burden away.
Job Duties
Set up appointments and organise viewings
Answer general enquiries
Research potential leads
Handle data entry, compliance, process invoices and make sure your sales team can focus on what they do best - talking to owners and buyers and getting sales done.
Chase arrears and send rent increase reminders
Type up reports
Place ads and post on social media platforms
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Skills & Qualifications
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role reporting to a direct executive of a company
Knowledge in the Australian real estate industry
Familiarity with current technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
