Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive all incoming calls;
Answer customer inquiries;
Greet clients and ask what service they would like to avail and direct their request to the concerned staff;
Sell products and services and carry out routines sales tasks such as wrapping purchases and receiving payments;
Compute client's bills and receive payment;
Operate and in custody of the cash register;
Custodian of the vault and Branch's cash on hand; responsible in depositing cash sales in branch bank account;
Daily preparing and updating the daily takings report and computation and reporting of Daily Sales to management;
Assist in handling customer complaints or problems;
Schedule appointments of clients;
Receive mails, bills and other incoming documents and items and distribute and endorse it to concerned staff;
Maintain and update branch files;
Maintain cleanliness of work area;
Requirements:
Female.
with pleasing personality.
at least with a bachelor's degree; preference given to HRM graduates.
at least 1 year experience in skin care or beauty industry or any service-related industry is preferred.
Knowledge in standard office practices such as filing, sorting, report writing and computer applications such as MS Excel and Word.
Must be good in customer service, verbal communication and selling.
Willing to be assigned in SM Pampanga.
