LOCATIONS: Makati Ave, Glorietta and Magallanes
 
 
 
For a healthcare clinic
Makati Ave and Magallanes Schedule : Monday to Saturday
Glorietta Schedule : (Monday to Sunday, 1 restday)
 
 
Job Description:
-To welcome Company's patients warmly, politely and courteously at all times
-Periodically review and to master the client relations scripts applicable to his/her positions
-When requested by the appropriate body(ies), to actively participate in the periodic revision (at least annually) of the client relations scripts;
-To hand over forms which shall be filled up by the patient;
-To ensure that the next clinic appointment has been registered
-To answer the phone inquiries relating to Company's services warmly, cheerfully,
enthusiastically, politely and courteously at all times
-To perform such other tasks as deemed necessary by the clinic manager and/or the management
 
 
Job Qualification:
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
-At least 1 Year(s) Front Desk/ Receptionist experience
-Candidate should possesses good communication skills and computer knowledge.
-Willing to be assigned in our Makati branch
 
 
Required Years:
-At least 1 Year experience in related field.
-But Fresh Graduate of Tourism, HRM are welcome
