Qualifications:
Female
Pref with work experience in hotel industry
Education: Bachelor's Degree pref. Hospitality related course
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is often preferred.
Familiarity with hotel operations or the hospitality industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively.
Familiarity with reservation systems and check-in/check-out processes.
Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve guest issues.
Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
