Position Summary: International Outsourcing Agent
The Agent will be responsible for moderating user-generated content based on Community Guidelines, in-depth web research, and email-based customer service as per specific provided guidelines and client specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
• Moderate pending user generated content against a set of community guidelines on the admin platform.
• Research products/services/content across several online platforms.
• Conduct online content classification and categorization.
• Respond to online customer-service inquiries through Salesforce.
• Research, collect and collate required information from the web-based on provided guidelines.
SKILLSET:
• Fluent in both English and French (speaking, reading and writing)
• Keen attention to detail
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Previous hands-on knowledge of e-commerce projects.
• Previous sales/ customer service experience is an added advantage
• Can start immediately
