Proficient in French and English
Preferably Filipino that is Fluent in French

No BPO/Call Center experience is okay
Willing to start as soon as possible
Amenable to work on site
Must be willing to work on Shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Promote effective communication throughout all levels of the Customer Services function.
To actively promote and manage the process of continues improvement in Customer Service standards.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvement that positively impact customer service.
