Why this role exists
The Freelance Recruiter is primarily responsible for recruiting and hiring qualified candidates to fill the manpower requirements of the company. Ensures that standard recruitment and selection processes are observed consistently. Implements branding and sourcing programs and activities to ensure active pipeline of candidates.
What are your responsibilities:
Collaborates with Recruitment Leads in identifying the details of the requisition, the qualifications and job description
Utilizes different recruitment channels in sourcing for qualified candidates
Initiates, administers, evaluates and reports candidate assessment
Conducts initial and behavioral interviews
Endorses qualified candidates to hiring managers. Schedules the 2nd/3rd level interviews of candidates with the hiring managers.
Creates a salary proposal that matches the current and expected salary of the candidate
Extends the job offer to the selected candidate. Prepares the employment letter and job offer kit.
Provides timely feedback to candidates. Answers inquiries, follow ups, concerns of candidates.
Submits weekly recruitment funnel analytics
Coordinates with the on-boarding associate, Training Team and Line Managers in preparing the on-boarding plan for the new hire
Requirements
Experience required - preferably with 1-2 years of recruiting experience
Has experience hiring globally preferably in the US or Latin America
Can work night shift between 8pm to 3 am; minimum 4 hours a day
Knows how to use an applicant tracking system (Workable)
Education required: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business or Organization Management
