We are self-funded, a not-for-profit organization that attempts (develop, sustain, improve, and deliver the study aimed) to provide a knowledge management tool for strategic planning. Currently, we operate a freelance project listing website that a Client can turn to and rely on for getting business development supports - we provide broad range of Services. By supplying and supporting the Client in hiring Freelancers for their business development needs in an on-demand manner, we can help the Client to reach his/her desired development outcomes.
A PLP who works on his/her own, or with agencies or strategic partners is ideal for this position. If you think that you are one of them, you are well aligned and welcome to join our Team.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for Freelance Project Lead Partners - Consultant (PLP) who are:
Knowledgeable in consulting and project management concepts, processes, implementation, and latest trends;
Able to work effectively in a fast-pace and a collaborative environment, where flexibility and adaptability are important;
Good in making decision with strong negotiation skills; and
Flexible with a genuine desire to grow with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will have exclusive right to perform the Role based on your niche, or preferred segment of the job market.
You will have the freedom of being your own boss, be running your own desk, and be responsible for your own growth while also being part of a Team.
You will define, design, and develop your own consulting and project management processes, like:
- Creating, preparing, and delivering informative presentation to potential Clients;
- Understanding business development needs and offering the right solutions that meet the business development requirements of Clients;
- Answering and following-up potential Client questions;
You will act as Advisor for providing professional feedback or a recipe to follow by Clients in achieving business development objectives and planned activities, leading to freelance projects by pitching project management product suggestions and/or recommendations to the Clients. This includes addressing any freelance project related issues, or queries related to business development protocols and/or criteria evaluating business development solutions.
You will collaborate, work closely, and liaise with Clients and our Freelancers online.
You will oversee, or undertake a lead work and team-up with our Freelancers on a freelance project.
You will get remuneration after Consulting and/or project management products were paid out (payment is not cancelled) by Client and Freelance Work Acceptance is confirmed by you and your team.
ABOUT REMUNERATION:
Please note that this is a freelance role without any fixed remuneration. Remuneration will be in the form of a high fee split at:
- 80% of total consulting and/or project management cost will go for you and your team for every successful consulting and/or project management paid out (payment is not cancelled) made by Client and Freelance Work Acceptance confirmed by you and your team.
- 14% of total consulting and/or project management cost will go for Freelance Business Development Partner, 5% of total consulting and/or project management cost will go for Freelance Group Fund as payment contributed by you and your team, and 1% of total consulting and/or project management cost will go for funding our incorporation, infrastructure, research, development, program, current cause, and staff to achieve our goals; Or Freelance Business Development Partner gets 0% fee cuts. By reason of, 6% of total consulting and/or project management cost will go for Referrer, 10% of total consulting and/or project management cost will go for Freelance Group Fund (5% as payment contributed by you or your team, plus 5% from Referrer), and 4% of total consulting and/or project management cost will go for funding our incorporation, infrastructure, research, development, program, current cause, and staff to achieve our goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will have to serve as our strategic partner in maintaining long-lasting relationships;
Will have to represent us in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with Clients and our Freelancers;
Will have to consult with Clients to understand their business development needs, including answering and following-up their questions;
Will have to assist and manage Clients from presenting and selling the value of our Products to proper payments;
Will have to estimate total project engagement costs and negotiate pay rates to potential Clients, including collaborating with us on freelance work planning;
Will bring new project management works to the platform by pitching project management product suggestions and/or recommendations to Clients aimed to offer a consistent, high-value workload to our Partners and Freelancers. That is, you will help them in getting new freelance projects and their gigs to prosper.
Will have to assist and team-up with Freelance Recruiting Partners in managing Clients from presenting and selling the value of our project management products to proper payments. This includes coordinating and collaborating with them to generate quality and better results;
Will have to collaborate with Freelance Recruiter Partners to recruit right Freelancers for Client's project.
Will have to meet the business development needs of Clients.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Should have own PC or Laptop with Internet connection, and mobile phone to get started. You can work from any location;
Should have deep understanding of project management and good project management experience in US, UK, EU, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and/or Philippines job market focusing on consulting and/or undertaking lead work with Freelancers in any of freelance project categories - Re: (1) Website and Software Development, (2) Mobile Phones and Computing, (3) Design and Media, (4) Software Testing and Quality Assurance, (5) Organization Development, (6) Writing and Content, (7) Marketing, and (8) Other Services.
Should have strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to quickly establish credibility in building and maintaining working relationships with Clients and our Freelancers;
Should have critical thinking, problem solving, listening, accuracy, and strong attention to detail skills, including strong Client focus;
Should have strong time management skills with ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
