We are looking for a dedicated & creative VIDEO EDITOR. Your role would be to help us create Video Content for Facebook Reels, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
 
About the position:
Duration of engagement: This position offers long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
Language: Content may be entirely in English.
Themes: The topics revolve around property management for short-term rental.
Video Length: depending on the topic, at least 2 short and 1 video in a week.
Platform Knowledge: Be well-versed with TikTok, FB and Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Branding: Ability to integrate our brand elements, including colors, typography, and special effects.
Engagement Skills: Understand how to hook the audience in and keep them from scrolling, ensuring they watch the video from start to finish.
Quality Focus: Emphasize the quality of each video over the quantity.
Thumbnail Creation: Design attention-grabbing thumbnails to maximize views.
Technical Expertise: Manage color grading, motion graphics, sound editing, mixing, and adding subtitles.
The use of AI: You are free to use AI editing tools to speed up the process - the end result is what matters to us.
Requirements and Skills:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
Creative mind and storytelling skills
The video editing must be done on your own computer and with a reliable internet connection.
