WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
Answering incoming calls from customers
Sorting out customers' inquiries or requests
Ensuring that customers' requests are managed in an appropriate and timely manner
Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
Delivering a high caliber of service in a friendly, confident, and informed manner
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate with Diploma
With at least 12 months handling international accounts in call center industry
Have good English communication skills
Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Have superb computer skills
Are willing to work on site
