A Franchise Manager is responsible for development of franchising opportunities. Identifies potential franchisees through contacts within communities. Being a Franchise Manager prequalifies potential franchisees prior to the application process. A Franchise Manager manages, develops and grows our Franchise Partners and contribute towards the brand becoming the brand of choice for both potential investors and customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist with the development and implementation of Franchisee specific business plans and budgets.
· Interpret monthly management accounts, benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
· Protect Brand integrity via implementation and measurement of Standards of Operations and other programs.
· Ensures high standard customer service is being implemented.
· Identify and communicate formal training needs for training interventions.
· Monitor and feedback information about competitor activity within his/her assigned areas.
· Identify in-store training needs and implement (OJT) on the job training interventions and coaching.
· Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies in order to increase brand awareness and grow their business
· Act as brand custodian and ensure brand integrity is protected at all times via adherence to all requirements across key functions namely, Operations, Development, HR, and Marketing.
· Other duties and responsibilities and as advised by the management.
EDUCATION:
· Must be a graduate of any business related course.
EXPERIENCE:
· Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience in the same capacity.
