The business started in the year 1991 when Kaffee Alde bakeshop opened, and now we are expanding as we launched other brands and opened the franchise over Visayas and Mindanao.
 
We are a collective group of food brands and concepts such as Chika-an sa Cebu, Big Mao Foodlab, Brique, Creative Cuisine Catering Services, Big Daddy, Da In Korean Restaurant, Parola Seaview Restaurant, Sutukil by the Bay, Kubu Restaurant, Kaffee Alde and ETTAS.

FRANCHISE OFFICER
 
Oversee the franchisee store's operations to ensure that we provide an exemplary and delightful dining experience to our valued customers through strict implementation of the company's standards. Responsible for assisting the franchisees to achieve sales targets and maintain brand equity.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in customer service or any similar position in a service and compliance department.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software useful to service and compliance.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Good understanding of management practices and techniques
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
