Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and quality standards.
Financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial statements and performance metrics.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to travel extensively to franchise locations.
